Achievements

  1. During my tenure as the Head of Planning and Advancement at CUEA, I played an integral role in the review of the university’s strategic plan for the period 2017–2022. This collaborative effort culminated in the successful adoption of the strategic plan for implementation by the university’s top management. 
  2. During my tenure as a full-time lecturer at Limkokwing University of Creative se structures: “French for Business” and “French for Tourism.” These specialized courses were meticulously crafted to meet the evolving needs of students pursuing careers in business and tourism sectors, highlighting my commitment to enhancing educational offerings and preparing students for real-world scenarios. Technology in Botswana, I spearheaded the development of two comprehensive courses.

I actively engaged in curriculum development for degree programs within the CUEA School of Business, contributing to the enhancement of academic offerings and ensuring their relevance in today’s business environment.

CONSULTING EXPERIENCE

  • Participating in curricular development for the upcoming Jesuit University at Molo, Nakuru Town, Kenya (volunteership): 2021 - Present
  • E4Impact Training of trainers for MBA Accounting and Finance lecturers at the University of Makeni (UNIMAK) in Sierra Leone – Sponsored by the Catholic University of Milan, Italy (2015-2016)
