Building upon his academic foundation, Robert N. Gathaiya attained an MBA degree with a focus on Accounting from California State University, East Bay, U.S.A., in 2005. With this accomplishment, he solidified his expertise in the field before embarking on further educational pursuits. Graduating with a B.Com degree specializing in Accounting from Catholic University of Eastern Africa, Nairobi, Kenya, in 1996, Gathaiya has since dedicated himself to advancing his knowledge and skills. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD degree in Business Administration at his alma mater, Catholic University of Eastern Africa, where he specializes in teaching Accounting courses within the esteemed School of Business and Economics.
