- Theme, Sub-theme, and Title
- Background/Context
- Objectives
- Methodology
- Results
- Conclusion
- Author’s Details (Name, Institutional Affiliation, Email Address, and Phone Number)
Language and Format:
- Written in English
- Maximum 300 words
- Font: Times New Roman, Size 12
- Spacing: Single
- Margins: 1 inch on all sides

2. FULL PAPER AND AI PROJECT SUBMISSION
Content Requirements:
A full paper must include:
- Theme, Sub-theme, and Title
- Abstract
- Introduction
- Objectives
- Literature Review
- Methodology
- Results
- Discussion
- Conclusion
- References
- Author’s Details (Name, Institutional Affiliation, Email Address, and Phone Number)
Language and Format:
- Written in English
- Maximum 5,000 words (including references)
- Font: Times New Roman, Size 12
- Spacing: Double
- Alignment: Justified
- Margins: 1 inch on all sides
Submission:

3. AI PROJECT SYSTEMS AND GROUP DEMONSTRATIONS
Eligible Submissions:
- Practical AI demonstrations
- Coding challenge projects showcasing:
- Innovative solutions aligned with conference themes
- Prototypes addressing real-world educational challenges
Group Guidelines:
- Teams of 2-5 members with clearly defined roles
- Projects will be evaluated by a panel from the Faculty of Science, Department of Computer and Information Science based on:
- Relevance
- Innovation
- Technical execution
- Practical impact
4. PUBLICATIONS
- Top 20-30 research manuscripts will be selected for publication in the Journal of the Kenya National Commission for UNESCO
- Papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process by two reviewers
- Offers researchers a valuable platform for academic recognition
