Ms. Jacinta Mbithe Kinyunzu

Ms. Jacinta Mbithe Kinyunzu is an environmental chemist whose academic and professional journey is driven by a deep passion for the environment and a commitment to addressing the critical issues posed by climate change. Her PhD research spans a broad spectrum of environmental sciences, with a particular focus on the increasing sea surface temperatures (SST) and its impacts on climate change, adaptation, and mitigation. Her ultimate goal is to empower communities to sustainably manage and mitigate the impacts of climate change.
