Expression of Interest – Provision of Air Ticketing & Related Travel Management Services (PDF)

1.0 Introduction

The Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA) invites interested and eligible travel agencies/ticketing companies to submit an Expression of Interest for the provision of air ticketing and related travel management services to the University.

The University intends to establish a pool of competent and reliable travel agencies to provide air ticketing services for its staff, students, management, and other authorized representatives travelling for official University engagements, both locally and internationally.

2. Scope of Services

The successful travel agency/agencies may be required to provide the following services:

Provision of domestic, regional and international air ticketing services.

Identification and recommendation of suitable and cost-effective flight options based on the University's travel requirements.
