Notice to Students
Progression of Studies
Students who completed their studies in the January – April 2026 semester and wish to progress with their studies — i.e. from Diploma to Bachelors , Bachelors to Masters , and Masters to PhD — are advised to do so as soon as the January – April 2026 results are released on 22nd May 2026 .
How to apply for progression:
Log in to the Student Portal .
Navigate to Graduation › Clearance › Initiate Clearance Request .
Once clearance is fully approved, obtain a clearance note and a completion letter from the Registrar's Office.
Use these documents to apply to progress with your studies.
