Release of May–August 2026 Examination Results

Greetings Students,

Following the Senate resolutions today, the results for the May–August 2026 semester examinations have been released and will be availed to the student's portal by or before 7.00 p.m. today.

Next Steps

Graduation clearance: Students intending to graduate in the 45th Graduation Ceremony scheduled for 23 October 2026 should apply through the Student Portal. The Graduation Clearance Module will remain open until 28 September 2026. Please note that those who fail to clear by this date will be excluded in this year's graduation.

Missing marks: Students with missing marks or re-mark requests must consult their respective Heads of Department (HODs) — not lecturers — for resolution on or before 25 September 2026 . After this date no marks corrections will be allowed, and the system will close to process the 45th graduation applicants.

Students Progression: Students wishing to advance their studies (Certificate → Diploma → Degree → Masters → PhD) must initiate the process immediately as admission to the September–December 2026 semester closes on 25 September 2026 . For admission you are first required to clear with the University through the graduation portal, obtain a clearance note and a completion letter from the Academic Registrar's office.
