Spiritus Program Consultative Visit to CUEA

On Monday, 20th April 2026, The Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA) had the honour of hosting Fr. Friedrich Bechina, FSO and Mr. Peter Woods from Australia for a high-level consultative meeting with the University's top management. The distinguished delegation was accompanied by Sr. Joyce Mboya, Fr. Ronald Reagan, and Mr. Nicholas Muasya, the KCCB National Education Secretary.

The meeting focused on future engagements and partnership opportunities under the Spiritus Program — an initiative dedicated to strengthening Catholic education and formation across the region. Discussions explored avenues for collaboration in research, faculty development, and capacity building that align with CUEA's mission of consecrating learners in the truth.

The visit coincides with an ongoing Spiritus Program seminar bringing together education representatives from across East Africa, underscoring the program's growing footprint and its commitment to advancing Catholic higher education in the region.
