Welcome to the Office of the Executive Director, Administration and Human Resources at the Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA).

Our office provides strategic leadership and governance over the University's administrative and human resource functions, with a focus on strengthening institutional capacity, operational excellence, and workforce effectiveness. We drive policies, systems, and processes that support efficient service delivery, sound resource management, and compliance with regulatory and institutional standards.

Through a results-oriented and collaborative approach, we partner with academic units, administrative departments, and key stakeholders to build a high-performance culture, enhance staff capability, and enable the University to achieve its strategic priorities and long-term sustainability.
