The Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA), envisions itself as a world-class university producing transformative leaders for the Church and Society. DQAAPD was established in 2010 as a commitment to assurance of Quality and Academic Programmes Development in all aspects at the University. Its main mandate is to:
