By Fr. Danstan Epalat

The Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA) Gaba Campus, Eldoret hosted a Family Life Formation Seminar organised by the National Family Life Office of the Kenya Conference of Catholic Bishops (KCCB).

The seminar brought together University staff, AMECEA Pastoral Institute (API) participants and students for formation on Christian family life, healthy relationships, effective communication, parenting and personal wellbeing.

Students also explored issues affecting young people, including identity, responsible relationships, peer pressure, social media, substance use, and mental and emotional wellbeing.

The formation provided the CUEA community with an opportunity to deepen values and practical skills for nurturing healthy relationships, strengthening families and promoting personal and emotional resilience.
