Course Overview

The Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) course is designed to equip individuals with the necessary competencies and knowledge required by human resource professionals in both public and private sectors. The CHRP course is mandated by law for individuals looking to start or are already practicing HR professionals. It addresses the demand for qualified personnel to manage the human resource function in dynamic and competitive job environments. The CHRP course is divided into three parts: CHRP I, CHRP II, and CHRP III, and typically takes four years to complete. However, students who have graduated from recognized universities or other institutions of higher learning are eligible for exemptions according to the exemptions policy of HRMPEB. The examination and certification are provided by the Human Resource Management Professional Examinations Board (HRMPEB).
