Rev. Fr. Norbert Azale

Rev. Fr. Norbert Azalea is a Catholic priest of Arua Diocese, Uganda. He is the General Spiritual
Director and Instructor of practical Liturgy at CUEA’s Blessed Bakanja AMECEA College, and
a Lecturer at the Department of Sacred Liturgy.
He also has a certificate in the Translation of Latin Liturgical Texts from Pontificio Collegio
Sant’Anselmo, Rome. He taught Latin in Sts. Peter and Paul Minor Seminary, Arua, Uganda
from 2011 to 2016 and has been an examiner for Latin in Arua District Examinations Board,
Uganda. He has been a teacher of General Paper at St. Mary’s Ediofe Girls’ Secondary School
(Arua, Uganda), Chancellor and the Liturgical Master of Ceremonies in Arua Dioccese, Uganda
from 2018 to 2023.
